C o m m e n t s :
The basic concept here is that she's got some magical shielding power, like an aura of some sort, that protects her from water; hence the umbrella-shaped shoulder marking.
However, all her powers can't keep the tears from rolling down her face.

~The-Ripple-Effects requested something sad, heartbroken, and mysterious, yet magical and 'glowy.'
This is the first thing that came to mind. No, not really. I had about twenty ideas first, but yeah, same difference. c:
